Excellent lamps, great lighting
These lamps are very good for growing plants. I could tell, the plants were responding well to the improved lighting as compared to the other lights I was using.

Aqueon Full Spectrum Daylight Fluorescent Lamp
I ordered these lights to use in a drop cord & an under counter lamp. They have the color & brightness we wanted and they are being used at the present. I would recommend these to everyone.

Excellent Bulb for Freshwater Aquarium
I replaced the originally-supplied 6500K bulbs in my hood with these. The 8000K color is much more appealing for my 120-gal aquarium and its four large Shubunkins. The previous bulb had a yellow-green cast that dulled the colors of the fish, gravel, and the deep blue background. The improvement in color balance with this 8000K lamp was amazing, actually. Another reviewer didn't like the color output of this bulb and claimed it was not full spectrum. I don't know if that's true or not. But he was correct when he stated that this bulb really brings out the oranges and blues. These Shubunkins are orange and blue and they look spectacular under this light. Have had these in use for 6 months with no problems.

The best
This lamp is absolutely the best fresh water lamp you can get for the money. I have tried more expensive lamps and I am back to these.
