This thermometer works great and at a super price. This thermometer is a great value and looks great too. It is a nice size for nano tanks and the digital readout is easy to read but a back light would be great for the night. Suction cups hold the probe inside tank and digital display on outside of tank really well. Love it and DFS have the best online fish aquarium supply website hands down. April 22, 2013

Great thermonmeter This is a great product. I have two and contrary to others, I have tested both again conventional thermometers and they are spot on with their readings. For the price this was a good investment. April 2, 2013

great thermometer for the price this is a really great product and i have had no problems with it whatsoever. it is very clean and has a nice look to it and will blend in to your aquarium nicely. readings are very accurate and the numbers are nicely displayed. if you are looking for a high quality digital thermometer this little guy is worth what you pay. no regrets. I've had this for over a year and it is still going. Odds are it will go for another(not 100% but it is a watch battery that runs it). For the price I will just buy another when this one dies.

I've had mine for a year and still haven't had to replace the battery, and that's with it being on 98% of the time.

had one for a year and batt still good. Just turn off when not using and that will save power. batt is easy to replace you can buy at wal mart. remember they are off about 2 to 3 degrees
