Holiday Stockings Non-Personalized Color: Hunter Green
Dog loved it
Ok, so maybe he didn't particularly notice, but I did, and sure enough, family put stuff in my doggie's stocking. It looked terrific next to the other family stockings. His name was embroidered in gold on a white "collar" and the stocking was green.

An Addition to my Family
About 6 years ago I hadc5 cats. I called upon Drs. foster & Smith to personalize 5 Xmas stockings for them. At the time, the stockings were red little paw prints. Little by little they aged and had to be put to sleep. That left me with only 1 cat. petey. Then, out of nowhere a cat appeared at my house looking for a good home. We adopted him & named him Boots. This year I took a giant step forward & ordered a Xmas stocking for him. They both now (2nd one is green) hand proudly on my fireplace mantle. The order was placed 3 days beforexXmas and Drs. foster & Smith had it was personalized and shipped to me by Xmas Eve. Thanks! There were 2 happy kitties that day!

The stockings were hung by the fire with care....
I am quite pleased with the personalized stockings I ordered this year. It's sometimes difficult to discern the size of an item from a picture, so I was elated to find that these are as large as the stockings we hang for our human family members, and the embroidery for the names is beautiful.
My only regret is that the stockings did not arrive in time for Christmas, through no fault of Drs Foster & Smith. I ordered them on Dec 3, and Drs Foster & Smith forwarded the order to the third-party vendor, who completed the order and shipped it out on Dec 6. You can't ask for better service than that.
Then, alas, my stockings got caught up in the weather delay. They reached Dallas (75 miles from my home) on Dec 9, and then sat in Dallas for the next 16 days. The delivery company finally managed to roll a brown truck past my house on Dec 26.
I became concerned about this delivery the week before Christmas, and called the customer service department to make them aware of the issue. The very first response was an immediate apology, and a promise to do everything possible to resolve the issue. The representative told me that her first hope was that the stockings would still arrive in time for Christmas, but that if they did not, I could either keep them when they did finally arrive, or notify her, and she would send me a prepaid return label, and I could return them for a full refund.
I've had another problem in the past with a prescription, and customer service went above and beyond to resolve the issue, which again was not the fault of Drs Foster & Smith, but my vet.
I can't say enough good things about this company and the customer service department. I spend quite a bit each year on my pets, and I would never think of spending it with any other company. In today's business climate, I am rarely given the impression that I and my business are both valued, but I always feel that way with Drs Foster & Smith. I constantly recommend them to friends, and will continue to do so.

I ordered 3 stockings. They are very pretty but I do wish that the color used for the names was a bit darker so it would stand out more. But, I still recommend them!
