Top and side large access doors with wire snap-in closures allow you to easily remove your pet while simplifying cleaning. Wipe clean, 6-1/2" deep plastic pan and removable grill boost pet cleanliness and safety by keeping your furry friend away from soiled litter. Set on four, rugged plastic rolling casters, you can easily move these cages when cleaning or when you want to move your pet into a different room for a change of scenery. Assembly required.

Rabbit & Small Animal Cage Assembly Instructions

1. Side Assemblies:
Assemble both Right & Left Side assemblies, by inserting Side Wire Mesh into the A-Frame assembly. After Side Wire Mesh is in place, secure this into position by attaching the Side Support Bars, and tightening the bolts. The metal tab on one of the Side Support Bars should face the outside of the cage. Please be sure not to overtighten. Repeat this for both the Right and Left sides.
2. Side Assembly Joined with Cage Body:

• To begin, assemble ONE of the completed side assemblies to the body of the cage. Lay one of the completed side assemblies on the floor (with 2 bolts inserted inward) with the inside of the side facing upwards. Now place the Top Wire Mesh into position by inserting the wire ends into the holes of the side assembly. At this point, the Side Assembly is on the floor, and the Top Wire Mesh is perpendicular to the floor with the wire ends inserted into the holes on the arch end of the Side Assembly.
• Take the Long Top Support Bars and secure them to the Side Assembly on the floor, making sure that the wire ends of the Top Wire Mesh are inserted into the Long Top Support Bars. Now tighten the 2 Long Top Support Bars into the Side Assembly.
• It is now time to attach the Long Side Cage Mesh, on both of the long sides, and secure them into position with the remaining 2 Long Bottom Support Bars. Once these are secure, and the wire ends are in place in the holes of all the Support Bars, you can then secure the Long Bottom Support Bars to the Side Assembly.
3. Attach Remaining Side Assembly to the assembled side & body described above. Attach the opposing Side Assembly to the remainder of the cage that you have just assembled. To do this, lift the remaining Side Assembly into place with the inside of the side facing downward into the body of the cage. Make sure that all of the wire ends are aligned into the holes of the remaining Side Assembly. When this is complete, you can bolt the remaining Side Assembly into the body of the cage.
4. Finishing the Cage Assembly: To complete the assembly of the cage, insert the plastic pan from the Side Assembly, as well as the Grill Floor.

While cleaning your pet's cage and cage accessories, provide a safe, comfortable location in which your pet can exercise, explore, and play. To safely confine your pet, while also allowing him get the essential exercise he needs, we recommend an Exercise Pen for Small Animals.

Best pet husbandry includes the daily removal and replacement of heavily soiled bedding and litter, as well as the washing and replenishing of both your pet's food and water dishes.

My guinea pig lives in a Small Pet Cage (with the flooring grate removed). It's easy to clean, the wheels make it easy to move, and the two doors mean easy access for me to change her food and water. It has plenty of height for things like ramps and shelves. Plus, it looks nice enough to be a part of the furniture.

I just got the jumbo size cage for my rescued lop rabbit. The cage is better than I expected. It's large enough for him to enjoy all the toys and still have room for everything else he needs. He seems to really enjoy having all the extra room to lounge in (see he's really a lounge lizard, ha-ha). It's very well made and sturdy enough to handle his hopping aound without any give at the bottom. If you're looking for a cage, get the jumbo because I believe the larger the better. Besides, I've had a blast setting up his "Condo."

I bought the "jumbo" for my new holland lop rabbit. He has more than enough room for all the toys, jumbo igloo, jumbo hay rack, litter box, etc and still enough room for running, and playing. The cage is wide enough that all his things fit on one side, giving him the full 47" length for rabbit races. I appreciate the height of the cage. It makes it so much easier to add food & get him out for playtime. The stand on wheels makes it very easy to move him to another room if needed. Im considering getting him a "fixed" female playmate. At 47" long, this cage is long enough to be temporarily divided while they get to know each other. If I ever need another cage, this is the one I would buy. Thanks Foster & Smith.
