Thermo Perch Small 1" x 10-1/2"
I love this Thermo Perch but more importantly my birds love this perch.
This thermo perch is perfect for my 30 & 35 year old parrots. They both fit on the same perch and spend every night there and sometimes will use it for an afternoon nap on a cold day. It's well constructed and the birds can't chew or damage it.

If I had known these existed, I would have bought them years ago
The perch works great. I had no idea such a thing existed or I would have bought one long ago. My African grey took a couple of days to get used to it. I would place him on the perch and he would hop off, but he eventially started climbing on it by himself. He has 10 different perches in his cage and this one has become his favorite! He uses it at night and off and on throughout the day. We keep our house around 70 degrees so the added warmth from this perch is exactly what he needed.
Some people have commented that it's too slippery, but I have not noticed that being a problem at all. The cord hangs far enough from the cage that it's not accessible for chewing. If I had a playtop cage I would be more concerned about chewing, but we have a separate play stand for out of cage time. The only thing I don't like about it is the color - drab gray. Brown would have been much better.

Yellow Nape Amazon
It took me a bit of bribery to get my paranoid male on to it, and it does seem a bit slippery but once I had him sitting on it and distracted with treats he sat on it fine. I walked around his cage and got him on the end closest to the wire and fed him a few treats at the other end to let him sit there a while also and he settled down. Total of 30 mins and now every time I come in the room he is on it. I keep the house at 65 but in the bird room I have a heater but his cage was farthermost away from it and I was concerned he might be getting cold even though the bird room is much warmer than the house. Now his feet and nice and warm and he seems very happy. I am going to buy two more for my other birds and remove the heater which makes the room stuffy even though I have a humidifier for them.
Another Con is if you let your birds play outside on the top of their cage be very careful of the wire. My Grey won't bother it but I KNOW my Amazons are going to have to be watched. Also check the tightness of the perch every few days mine worked its way slowly loose.

This is a good product
I have a senior cockatiel with heart disease, and this perch has been helpful for him, as it's important for him to stay warm and stress-free. My only complaint so far has been that, because it is plastic, it seems a little slippery, not as good a grip as you have with a wood or concrete-type perch.
I've only had the perch for a couple of weeks, but so far it's making us all happy.
