Talk to your veterinarian about what type of outcome is expected. Have your veterinarian explain the other treatment options that may be necessary to treat the cause of the Vitamin B12 deficiency in your pet. Understand what follow-up exams and tests may be necessary while your pet is receiving Cyanocobalamin Injectable.
Have your veterinarian or veterinary staff show you how to properly administer the Cyanocobalamin Injectable.
Notify your veterinarian of any other medications or supplements your pet is taking, and also if your pet has had any reactions to previous medications or supplements.
What should I do if I miss a dose?
If you miss a dose, give it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the one you missed and go back to the regular schedule. Do not give two doses at once.
What is the most important information I should know?
Usually Vitamin B12 deficiencies require lifelong treatment. Injections must be given using the proper technique or abscesses at the site of injection could occur.
Who should not take it?
Not for use in animals hypersensitive (allergic) to any ingredients in the product.

Rarely, there may be some discomfort at the site of injection.

Store at room temperature. Protect from light and freezing. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
