The ideal feeder for when you're leaving town or if you simply want consistent feeding times. It serves two meals over a 48-hour span, and each 1-1/2 cup compartment has its own timer. Lids on the feeder won't open until the time you've set them to. Durable plastic construction, dishwasher safe bowls, and requires 1 AA battery, not included. Indoor use only. For kittens, cats, and small dogs.
Automatic feeding helps eliminate overeating and ensures your cat's meals are served at exact times to keep her on schedule. Feeder measures 10-1/2" x 8" x 3" high; each food compartment measures 5" x 4" x 2-1/4" deep.

Operating Instructions
Turn the unit upside down and place one AA battery in the battery compartment.
Turn the unit back over, and place both timing devices to '0', which opens the doors.
Fill one or both of the compartments with a meal, making sure not to overfill. Test by making sure the lids will close easily. (Use the feeder indoors only.)
After closing the lids, set the timing devices for the number of hours away you wish the meal to be served. (Always turn the device clockwise when setting.) For example, if the current time is 8 a.m. and you want a meal served tomorrow at 8 a.m., turn the timing device clockwise until the arrow lines up with 24.
If you want the second meal served at 8 a.m. the following day, set the other timing device so its arrow lines up with 48.
Cleaning
The food bowls are dishwasher safe, and we recommend you wash them after each use.

My cat Sam and I are very happy with the 2 day automatic feeder. It is easy to use and it keeps my cat on a regular feeding schedule when my schedule gets crazy. It's cheap to run (just 1 AA battery) the 2 dishes lift out easily so you can wash them. I wish I bought it long ago. Now my cat doesn't wake me up at 5:30 in the morning for breakfast.
