Large roof shelters birds as they feed and base tray also catches fallen seeds and includes holes to let water drain out easily. Includes 4 seed ports/perches and 4 thistle ports/perches. TIP: For optimal year-round viewing, suspend the feeder near a water source, such as a birdbath or pond. The availability of both food and water in close proximity to each other will help attract greater bird activity than having feed and/or water alone in your backyard.

Cleaning your Feeder
Unscrew roof cap to remove roof. Unscrew washer from center rod and remove tri-ring cap that tops each tube. Now, you can remove each tube for thorough cleaning. Clean this bird feeder thoroughly throughout the year with water and a mild soap. Use a soft brush to remove stuck-on seed or droppings. Rinse well and allow feeder to dry thoroughly. Place tubes back on their bases, reinstall the tri-ring cap, screw on top washer, and then reinstall roof. Refill and re-hang.
