WONDERFUL AND PRICED RIGHT
I JUST RECEIVED MINE AND IT IS A VERY NICE PRODUCT, AND THE COST MAGNIFIES THE BENEFIT AS IT IS PLEASANT TO THE EYE AND WELL MADE. ONE DOWNFALL IS THE SQUIRRELS CAN GET TO THE FOOD IN THE TRAY PORTION OF THE FEEDER. THIS SITE HAS A PEPPER SPRAY I JUST ORDERED THAT HAD GOOD REVIEWS. THE OTHER FEEDERS ARE VERY SQUIRREL RESISTANT. A TRADE OFF IS THE KEY HERE!
I WOULD RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY IF YOU PLAN TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE FEEDER AS THIS ONE IS PLEASANT TO THE EYE.

Best birdfeeder ever
This is the best birdfeeder I have ever found, having gone through many of them. It holds enough to where you don't have to fill it as often, and the birds, all types, love it, even the Cardinals.

The birds love it!
Bought this to replace a similar style; but this one has it beat. The previous feeder had a bad locking system on the lid and was no match for windy days even when fairly well weighted down with black oil sunflower seeds. This feeder is steel - solid feeling and wind resistant. The top has a screw down device which locks in place and holds the cover securely. Best thing about the feeder is that all of the birds that normally use it can either cling to the mesh (titmouse, chickadee, nuthatch, and various woodpeckers) or use the tray (doves, goldfinch, house finch, bluejays, et.al.). The cone-like protrusion on the base helps the birds reach the food supply down to the last seed. Buy it and you will like it!
