Rated 4 out of 5 by katzoo nice platform feeder
I gave it only 4 stars because it is described as having an easy to remove tray. I still cannot figure out how to remove it without unscrewing about 6 screws. Also, the aluminum legs are a little flimsy, but they work. You could rest it on bricks if you need to. Otherwise it feels solid. After two weeks, I had cardinals for the first time. I had thought they would feed off the actual ground, but they seem to like this better as it keeps the seed clean and relatively dry.

I like the feeder but the legs are very wimpy. Overall the tray and screen are very well constructed but the folding wire legs leave a lot to be desired. I bought this because it was made out of poly products which should hold up better to outdoor and winter use in Wisconsin, One of the wire legs collapsed outward after 2 days. So now the tray is sitting on a couple pieces of 2x4's. Oh well. I guess I'll go back to the all natural wood trays. The last one I had made it through 3 years before one of the wooden legs gave way. BTW, the all wood ones are less expensive.
