Assembly Directions for Tommy 102/120 C2 Models
Step 1 Sort box contents and place loose wire panels together. Take 2 narrow panels and 2 wide panels along with 4 corner snaps. Place wire as illustrated with vertical bars on the inside. (It is important to make sure vertical bars are on inside.) Make sure on panel with door that door is on outside and opening towards floor. Attach a corner snap on each corner junction.
Step 2 Remove 2 bases and separate. You will have one solid bottom base and one base with an opening in the bottom. Take the 4 wheels and insert them into the bottom of one of the solid bottom base. Turn base over.
Step 3 Place the wires you assemble in the wheeled base. Place with corner snaps down.
Step 4 Insert the base with the opening into the top of the wires of the assembled unit. Make sure the base with opening is placed so the slits next to the opening are facing towards the right.
Step 5-7 Locate other wire panel set. Place top down and unfold panel upward. Locate 4 corner snaps and snap onto each corner junction.
Step 8 Place assembled wire set into base unit with opening.
Step 9 Locate 2 name plate clips. Attach one clip on each side of the top wire assembly. Location for clip will be the center horizontally along the top of the wide panels. To attach, hook the bottom of clip on the 2nd wire from the top and snap into place. Feed the hook arms over the top and push wires into clip. Then slide the hook arms onto the tab to lock into place.
Step 10 Locate 4 base clips. Attach one base clip to the side wires on the center of the side wire panel. Hook on the horizontal center on the 4th wire from the bottom. Clip into place on the base. Repeat for other 3 clips on the other location on both ends.
Step 11 Locate door locks. Snap door locks into place on outside of cage between the 2nd and 3rd wires on the door. Make sure the tongue of the lock is pointing towards the outward corners.
Step 12 Locate 2 cage handles. Snap cage handles onto top wire assemble on the narrow sides of the cage. Handle should be snapped into place on the horizontal center of the outside top wire. Snap into place with the opening of snap facing downward.
Step 13 Locate E 3 clips. Place clips on the vertical seams of both levels. Place one clip per seam per side per level.
Step 14 Locate RIP shelf unit. Snap shelf unit onto extreme left side of bottom panel (On 102 snap unit onto 6th wire from bottom.) (0n 120 snap shelves onto 7th wire from bottom.)
Step 15 Locate SCA 12 ramps. Attach 1 ramp to outer most edge of ramp. Attach shelf by sliding onto bottom then pushing up and snapping into place. Then take second ramp and attach to the bottom of the upper level unit. Once attached, let rest on lower unit shelf.
Step 16 Place Adria hay feeder on outside of cage on lower level on either of the sides of the cage.
Step 17 Place Siwa water bottle onto cage 2 wires above shelf.
Step 18 Place Lanca food bowl onto wires so unit rest on shelf.

Step 2 Remove 2 bases and separate. You will have one solid bottom base and one base with a opening in the bottom. Take the 4 wheels and insert them into the bottom of one of the solid bottom base. Turn base over.
Step 3 Place the wires you assemble in the wheeled base. Place with door opening up so it opens out and down.
REPEAT STEPS 1 -3 again. The only exception will be placing the assembled wire into a base with the opening in the bottom. Make sure wire assembly for level two is placed so slits next to opening is facing the right with the door facing you.
Step 4 Insert the base with the opening into the top of the wires of the lower assembled unit. Make sure the base with opening is placed so the slits next to the opening are facing towards the right.
Step 5-7 Locate other wire panel set. Place top down and unfold panel upward. Locate 4 corner snaps and snap onto each corner junction. Place remaining base into top of second level wire set with opening offset to the left.
Step 8 Place assembled wire set into base unit with opening.
Step 9 Locate 2 name plate clips. Attach one clip on each side of the top wire assembly. Location for clip will be the center horizontally along the top of the wide panels. To attach, hook the bottom of clip on the 2nd wire from the top and snap into place. Feed the hook arms over the top and push wires into clip. Then slide the hook arms onto the tab to lock into place.
Step 10 Locate 6 base clips. Attach one base clip to the side wires on the center of the side wire panel. Hook on the horizontal center on the 4th wire from the bottom. Clip into place on the base. Repeat for other 5 clips on the other location on both ends.
Step 11 Locate door locks. Snap door locks into place on outside of cage between the 2nd and 3rd wires on the door. Make sure the tongue of the lock is pointing towards the outward corners.
Step 12 Locate 2 cage handles. Snap cage handles onto top wire assemble on the narrow sides of the cage. Handle should be snapped into place on the horizontal center of the outside top wire. Snap into place with the opening of snap facing downward.
Step 13 Locate E 3 clips. Place clips on the vertical seams of levels. Place one clip per seam per side per level.
Step 14 Locate RIP shelf unit. Snap shelf unit onto extreme left side of bottom panel. Repeat step 14 for 2nd level.
Step 15 Locate SCA 12 ramps. Attach 1 ramp to outer most edge of ramp. Attach shelf by sliding onto bottom then pushing up and snapping into place. Then take second ramp and attach to the bottom of the upper level unit. Once attached, let rest on lower unit shelf.
Step 16 Place Adria hay feeder on outside of cage on lower level on either of the sides of the cage.
Step 17 Place Siwa water bottle onto cage 2 wires above shelf.
Step 18 Place Lanca food bowl onto wires so unit rest on shelf.
