Gnawsome Huts Medium 4.7 5 7 7

A dental workout for Sherlock bunny I ordered this gnawsome hut for Sherlock and he really seems to like it! I've seen his little teeth marks on it, all over. I ordered it in hopes to divert his chewing from our furniture to a toy, it seems to be working some so far. He doesn't chew on it constantly, but he's a very high energy bun and is always into something, so I won't grade this product down based on my bunny's attention span :-) It seems to be a very well-made product. Do pegs slip out easy?

The pegs seem small. Do they slip out easily? I have a chinchilla and am worried about this being a chocking hazard.

They can slip out but you have to hold on pretty tight and really give the peg a tug. The hut is also relatively small so ideally it is best for a hamster. I have two syrians and neither can fit in it so the use it to hop on the 2nd tier of thier cage.

Thank you for your question. We do offer a size suggestion for rats, so they should be safe for rats. As far as we know, these are not heat treated.
