Bene-Bac Plus

Concentrated live cultures support reptiles under adverse conditions. Bene-Bac Plus contains 7 species of live, naturally-occurring microorganisms. Easy-to-offer source of fructooligosaccharide (FOS) and probiotics for reptiles boasts a guaranteed total live (viable) lactic acid producing bacteria of 20 million Colony Forming Units (CFU) per gram!

Bene-Bac Plus is recommended as part of the management program for all reptiles subject to changing nutritional or environmental conditions. Use when hand feeding, transporting, boarding, or worming reptiles. May also be used during diet changes, post antibiotic therapy, or regularly for normal maintenance. Comes in 1/2 oz Gel form in an easy-dose syringe or in a Powder in an economical 10 oz jumbo jar.

Suggested Gel Use for Reptiles: Use 1/2 - 1 gram, 12 to 24 hours before feeding and again 2 to 12 hours after feeding. Place Gel on food or in mouth.

Directions for Use
Administer according to weight by top dressing moistened, oiled dry food, fresh fruits or vegetables. Discard uneaten food after 8 hours.

Growth and Maintenance
Feed weekly by top dressing Bene-Bac Plus Powder on moistened or oiled dry food or fruits and vegetables. Use table above as a guideline for amount to feed, up to a maximum of one teaspoon per feeding. Discard uneaten food after no more than 8 hours and thoroughly wash dishes. Reptiles should be provided Bene-Bac Plus Powder on the same weight basis as birds.

Changing Conditions
Use quantities indicated for Growth and Maintenance but provide two feedings, 3 days apart, before and after periods of environmental change or nutritional changes. If your bird is anorexic, consult your veterinarian.

General Information

• One level teaspoon equals approximately 2.7 grams of Bene-Bac Plus Powder.
• Wash all feeding dishes, water bottles or water dishes thoroughly with hot, soapy water and rinse well after use.
• Reptiles should be provided Bene-Bac Plus Powder on the same weight basis as birds.
• Be sure to contact your veterinarian for any illness.
• Store in cool, dry conditions. Not for human consumption.

Bene-Bac Plus Gel
Ingredients
Sunflower Oil, Silicon Dioxide, Sucrose, Fructooligosaccharide, Dried Lactobacillus casei (Avian Strain) Fermentation Product, Dried Lactobacillus fermentum Fermentation Product, Dried Lactobacillus acidophilus Fermentation Product, Dried Lactobacillus plantartum Fermentation Product, Dried Enterococcus faecium Fermentation Product, Dried Bifidobacterium bifidum Fermentation Product, Dried Pediococcus acidilactici Fermentation Product and artificial color.

Directions for Use
Use 1/2 - 1 gram, 12 to 24 hours before feeding and again 2 to 12 hours after feeding. Place Gel on food or in mouth.

Under Adverse Conditions: Use 1/2 gram (small species) or 1 gram (large species). Use gel 2 times, 3 day apart. Place in mouth or mix with food.

Maintenance: Use 1/2 gram (small species) or 1 gram (large species). Use weekly by placing in mouth or on food to maintain a healthy micro flora.
