Energy-efficient, compact UVB coil bulbs fit standard incandescent bulb sockets! UVB light is as essential as proper food and water when it comes to the bone health of desert reptiles. Also provide needed UVA light, plus visible-spectrum illumination to make subtle skin coloration more vivid and viewable. Desert 50 UVB bulbs (50 microwatts per second/cm2) are designed for 3500 hours or 12 full months of average use.
Ideal for desert dwelling reptiles including: Bearded Dragons, Uromastyx, Frilled Dragons, Horned Lizards, Collared Lizards, Chuckwallas, Sulcata Tortoises, Leopard Tortoises, Russian Tortoises, Savannah Monitors and Nile Monitors.
