Make feeding time fun with rewarding foraging activity. Zoo Med Floating Turtle Feeder engages aquatic pet turtles by dispensing floating food pellets in a revolutionary new way. Turtles must pursue and bump the fish-shaped feeder in order to retrieve the food pellets inside. Translucent orange feeder allows turtles to see its quarry, further enhancing the "thrill of the hunt." Floating Turtle Feeder measures 7-1/4" x 2" x 3" high with eight, 1/4" x 5/8" high feeding slots. Use enclosed sample of Aquatic Turtle Food pellets or your favorite floating turtle food pellets.

• Remove Access Door on the bottom of the Floating Turtle Feeder.
• Hold fish-shaped feeder with the tail up and the nose pointing down.
• Scoop food into the opening and fill the feeder up to the first Food Slot.
• Replace the Access Door and gently place the Floating Turtle Feeder into your turtle tank.
  NOTE: A few pellets may float out but most will stay in the feeder until it is bumped by your turtle.
• Remove Floating Turtle Feeder after your turtle has finished eating.
• Rinse Floating Turtle Feeder with clean water to remove any uneaten pellets.

General Information
Zoo Med's Floating Turtle Feeder provides a revolutionary new way to feed your pet turtle. No longer do you have to simply dump turtle food in the water. In nature, turtles forage for food and often use their front legs to help get their food. The Floating Turtle Feeder is translucent orange, allowing turtles to see the food pellets inside. The air cavity inside the Floating Turtle Feeder causes it to float upright until it is bumped by your turtle. Pellets are released when the Floating Turtle Feeder is bumped, providing enrichment and exercise for your pet turtle.
