Tropical 25 UVB Fluorescent Bulbs 15W - 18" - T8 4 5 1 1

Good product The 25 UVB fluorescent bulb is a high, quality product and is easy to install. Our bearded dragon needs it to help digest his food so I was a little disappointed in the amount of time it took to deliver. I believe my order must have gotten temporarily misplaced because it was weeks, not days before it arrived on the doorstep. But when it did, it was in excellent condition and wrapped very securely so I would order this same product again. April 1, 2013

I have the Zilla fixture with the built in timer. The flourescent bulb is 27" and the fixture is 30". I ordered the 24" ones and they were too small.

I want to exchange them, but what size do I get that will fit? (It's for a Bearded Dragon, so it's a desert bulb.)

I have a 30" Zoo Med Slider Reptile Hood, but the florescent bulb is 24".

When ordering a new bulb is the size ordered based on the hood size or the bulb size?

Thank you for your question. You would need to get a bulb that would be the same bulb size as what you currently have. If you are looking for a replacement bulb to replace the 24" size bulb you have, we would recommend that you use another 24" size bulb.
