Cobalt Aquatics Mini-Therm Heater

Ideal heating solution for small aquatic herptile setups. Cobalt Aquatics Mini-Therm Heater features a compact design and simple continuous operation for reliable heating in limited spaces. Rugged, shatterproof heater requires no adjustments or dial turning for hassle-free operation. Fully submersible compact heater features a ceramic heat radiator for even heat distribution. Durable, thermal-plastic polymer housing protects heater from shattering. Appropriately sized heater raises water temperature up to 10 degrees Fahrenheit. Includes suction-cup mounts.

The compact Cobalt Aquatics Mini-Therm Heater is perfect for herptile wading pools or small aquatic portions of larger paludariums or aquatic terrariums. Also great for temporary setups including housing for turtles while the main display tank is being cleaned or for warm water soaks/baths to aid shedding. For safe operation, always monitor water temperature during use in temporary reptile setups.

Important: Do not plug in heater until instructed.

1. Attach the suction cup (included) to the Mounting Bracket. Slide bracket over heater to position indicated.
2. Place Mini-Therm Heater in aquatic terrariums by firmly pressing suction ends against wall surface. Choose an algae-free location with adequate circulation. This ensures even heat distribution and optimum operation. No part of the heater housing should contact aquatic terrarium gravel, rocks or decorations.
3. Wait at least 15 minutes before plugging in your heater. Note: Before plugging in heater, create a drip loop to prevent water from reaching electrical receptacle.
4. The Mini-Therm Heater does not have a thermostat and once plugged in, it will heat continually. Make sure you have the right size heater for your aquarium. Periodically monitor aquatic terrarium water temperature over the next 48 hours to ensure proper temperature is maintained.
