Pond Breather 23" x 8" float; 40 watt
Great product; superb customer service!
I'm very pleased with the ease of use and durable construction of the Pond Breather. My fish have no fears of it in their environment--in fact, they like to be near it, as the water must be slightly warmer than in their other pond space. Can't yet address how it endures a Minnesota winter, as I've just installed it this Fall. That said, it has worked without interruption for the last 2 months and my water quality is great. I really value the innovative concept of how the Pond Breather aerates, and the extremely low energy cost to utilize it (only 40 Watts).
I would also like to address is my experience of Dr's. Foster and Smith's excellent customer service. First, this item was available from them at the lowest price anywhere, with prompt and free shipping for my order. After receiving my order, I had a question and contacted customer service. I cannot stress enough how kind their representative was, and how willing to create a solution to answer my concerns! This aspect of my purchasing experience has guaranteed my being a repeat customer! Absolutely 5 STARS! Thank you!

What an ingenius invention
Love it!! We have a 2000 gal pond in Wisconsin.
We've used this pond breather for 3 years now and have never had an issue with it. It has never failed, even during our -20F WI evenings, and how can one complain about just 40 watts. That's less than $10. of electricity to run this device for the entire winter season. The fish thrive well through the winter. It's a great product. It's a weird looking device when not in the water, but it works great!!

This is the first winter I left my fish in the pond and I was more than impressed with the job the pond breather did. I live in MA and for the most part of January two feet of snow covered the top of the pond breather and I was sure the fish would never survive. By early Feb. a small hole appeared in the snow and when the ice and snow left finally in March all the fish made an appearance and seemed very happy to see the light of day. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone in the colder climates.
