Too Bulky!
I bought these gloves because I have extreme reactions to certain things in reef aquariums, that can be life threatening. So I needed something that would cover my arms as well as my hands. I must say I am disappointed in these gloves.
While the quality of these gloves is superb... most will find these gloves to be extremely bulky. Unless you have very large hands these gloves will swallow your hands, making any task a clumsy chore. Fortunately my hands are quite large, but even still these gloves are too stiff and bulky to use for any task that requires precision.
Also, upon receiving and opening my gloves I immediately noticed a very strong smell of chemicals. Which of course gave warning that these gloves needed to be thoroughly cleaned, scrubbed and aired out before use in ay aquarium. It took 3 days of washing them, and airing them out to get the smell off.
These gloves are best used if moving your live rock around or other big jobs, otherwise there is no "real" practical use for the home aquarium.
