• Assemble Garden Stake.
• Place Garden Stake in a secure location in direct sunlight.
• Attach Garden Stake into a sturdy medium so it stands upright.
• Remove clear film cover on Solar Panel.
• Press the ON/OFF button to turn the solar light on.
• Light should be left in the "ON" position while in use day and night.
• Solar light charges during the day and will turn ON automatically when the sensor detects darkness.
• The solar light will illuminate proportionately to the amount of sunlight it receives during the day (about 4-8 hours).

Solar Lighting Care & Maintenance

• Place in direct sunlight. Do not place in shady areas, under trees, awnings, etc.
• Keep away from such sources of bright light as streetlights at night as this may affect the solar light's performance.
• Bring solar light inside during extreme winter months and turn light OFF.
• Use a clean, dry cloth to clean the solar panels.
• Do not use abrasives or chemicals to clean solar panels.
• If the product will not illuminate, check and make sure the ON/OFF button has been pressed.
• Battery can be replaced if necessary. Unscrew back panel and use fresh Ni-Cd, AA Size, 600 mAh 1.2 V rechargeable batteries.
