Power Beam Lights

Versatile submersible lighting system transforms your water garden into an enchanting nighttime gathering place. Energy conscious low voltage halogen lights include four colored lenses to give off mood-enhancing light. Use Single as a sophisticated accent to highlight a focal point. 20 watt is submersible only. Use Light Only Power Beam fixture as a replacement or use with "Intelligent" Transformers for a custom expandable lighting system.

Each light fixture features a magnetic base with 5 adjustable positions, 23 ft cord plus additional 6-1/2 ft transformer cord, and measures 2" diameter x 3" high.

1. Before plugging in the unit, be sure the input voltage marked on the transformer is the same as your local power supply. If not, please do not use the light until you obtain a correct transformer.
2. To reduce the risk of electrical shock, inspect all cords for damage before installation.
3. If you need more length to your lights, use the provided extension cord and place it in between the light and the transformer.
4. Plug the connector of the Power Beam Light into the socket of the transformer and screw the coupling until it is tight.
5. Plug the transformer into the nearest 120 volt outlet. Your Power Beam Lights should now be operational.
6. Place the transformer in a dry area. Do not put the transformer in water.

Changing the MR11 Bulbs or Colored Lens

1. To replace the MR11 Halogen Bulbs, first make sure to unplug the transformer and remove it from the water (if submerged).
2. After allowing a sufficient amount of time for the light to cool, let the light fixture completely dry.
3. Remove the lens retainer from the Power Beam light by pushing on it and turning with a quick counterclockwise twist.
4. Remove the lens carefully and make sure the lens is flush with the front lip of the rubber seal.
5. Pull out the old MR11 bulb and replace with a new MR11 bulb by aligning the pins with the holes in the socket.
6. Gently push the new MR11 down - do not force it. Turn the MR11 around if it doesn't fit easily.
7. Re-install the lens and lens retainer ensuring that the rubber O-ring remains seated in the groove.
8. To provide a good watertight seal, make sure the lens is flush with the front lip of the rubber seal.
9. To change the colored lens of your Power Beam Light, remove the lens and replace it with a different colored lens.
10. Make sure the lens is on the rubber O-ring. Take the cover and place it correctly on the slots of the Power Beam, then close tightly clockwise.
11. Make sure the cover is tightly locked.

Troubleshooting your Power Beam System
If light fails to illuminate, please check the following:

1. Check that your light set is getting power by testing another appliance in the power outlet.
2. Check to see if your lightbulbs have not burned out after usage.
3. MR11 Bulbs last about 3,000 hours - you get a longer bulb life running your bulbs 24 hours a day.

NOTE: Damage to submersible-only Power Beam Lights may occur if light is not fully submerged.

Warning:

• When lights are ON, make sure you hold the lights at its base. The light housing can be HOT.
• Operating the lights with missing or damaged covers can result in risk of fire or electrical shock.
• Use only recommended MR11 bulbs.
• Do not exceed the voltage shown on the transformer.
• 20 watt lights CANNOT be used above water.
• Keep away from flammable materials and children.
