Corrugated Pond Tubing 3/4" ID x 20 ft
Corrugated pond tubing can be good!
I have been using corrugated tubing for about 6 years now and have had the same problems from can't get it to fit the adapter to splitting. I believe it works better in a cool climate than hot but with a little effort, as I did, you can make this product work. Lets start with getting tubing on your connector, to make tubing a little more flexable, hair dryer or heat gun will do the trick but DON'T OVERHEAT tubing, just get it flexible to slide onto adapter! Problem solved! Now, why does the plastic split, more than likely it is heat! I buried my tubing in the dirt and small pebble rock, which ever I needed to do to keep it from the sun! Doesn't have to be deep or if you have a long straight area you can run it through PVC, splice your tubing from ie, pump or filter so if you have to replace the split tubing you only have a small piece to replace! If you leave your pumps in the cold weather with the tubing connected, the tubing will get brittle in 2-3 yrs. Hope this helps and creates more ideas!

I bought this recommended tubing in support of the filter I purchased from this company. Within the first day its split open 5 times in various places along a 5 foot length. It is an odd size - too large for a 1" hose barb and to small for a 1 1/4" hose barb. I ended up replacing this tubing with a washer drain tube from another source. Don't buy this tubing. It is a waste of money.

Worked great for the first 12 months. After only 16 months, the tubing has sprung pinhole leaks. When I went to cut off the damaged area, the tubing was brittle and prone to cracking. Will have to replace all my pond tubing.
