I needed to mount a power head in my wet-dry to push water through the UV. I have a marine tank with thousands of dollars of fish. After reading the online comments, I was confident it would not hurt the fish. I applied the glue to the dry power head, drained most of the water (but not all) from the wet dry, and inserted the power head into the sleeve. I let is set for about 20 minutes an then continued with my water change. Everything turned out perfectly and fish were indeed unaffected.

Rated 5 out of 5 by tamsoccer Great for repairing small leaks
After reparing many small leaks with plummer putty, silcone, latex polymer caulk, and hydrolic cement and having it either peal or crack over time with temperature changes, I turned to Mr. Sticky.
I use hydrolic cement for leaks above water level to stem the flow of the leak then apply Mr.Sticky to seal. Some leaks require a good bit of material so make sure to order 3 or more for the bigger leaks. for leaks underwater, I find I have to first use plummer putty to plug the leak and then seal with Mr. Sticky. You will need some disposible gloves to handle this product because it is very sticky. This product can be applied to wet surfaces and will seal when it hardens or cures. When applying to plastic surfaces like skimmers and flow bins it is best to sand the surface first with sandpaper in the area of the leak before applying Mr.Sticky.

I wish the glue was black instead of white. Really stands out
on my black pond liner.
