birds like senior nurti-berries
My feathered children really like the new flavor. They have been enjoying a variety of Nutri-Berries for many years, happy to feed one that is enjoyed by all!

My bird loves this!
There are a lot of good, nutritious foods, but they do no good if your bird won't eat them. I tried buying regular a pellet style food that is considered one of the best, but she wouldn't eat it. My 32 year old blue front Amazon absolutely loves nutriberries. When I found the senior ones, I immediately bought them . The moment I put them in her food cup, she heads right over to it and digs right in. I am happy to have found a food that contains the nutrition of pellets that she loves. Supplemented by vegetables and fruit, she is a happy, senior bird.

Finally, a product for older birds!
My vet told me that the flecks of gold in my amazon's eyes might be a cholesterol forming in my 30 year old red headed amazon. A blood test quickly proved him wrong, but I revisited her food. She loves Nutriberries and always got them for treats. She was also on Zupreem fruit pellets (fruit loops as I call them) and the occasional seed treat. I had seen
these advertised and tried to find them locally with no luck.
I was delighted to find them here at Drs Foster and Smith. She now is gobbling up her senior nutriberries and is getting the proper nutrition for her age. I will continue ordering. Product arrived properly packaged and protected from weather.. thanks!

A good supplement for older birds
I have an 11 year old Hahns Macaw who has liver issues and arthritis from her previous life before me. She loves Classic Nutriberries, which I give her as a treat. It took her a couple of weeks, but she now prefers the Senior formula! I am glad Lafeber decided to make these, and I hope they continue to do so. I would rate it higher, but I believe some ingredients, like propulene glycol and the amount of sweeteners in this product, should be revisited and a better (healthier) formula created. I would never feed this as an alternative to a true pellet, mostly due to that fact.
