The Seed Corral Works As Intended
I purchased the Seed Corral so that I could feed Zupreem pellets to my breeding cockatiels. It works very well and has reduced the amount of pellets that are wasted when the birds snap the pellets in half. And for a further savings on pellets; the meal that collects will be used to bake muffins. Since I needed to by 8 of the Seed Corrals I debated on buying them. However, within a short period of time it is obvious that pellet waste has been reduced and my investment will pay for itself. My birds have an outdoor living space so scattered seed isn’t a big issue. However, I am sure the Seed Corral will contain the seed hulls when I have an opportunity to use one in a more indoor setting.

Excellent design
My parakeets love this and so do I ! It reduced the bird food falling on the floor and it has a good holding capacity ! A definate must for all pet bird owners !

Do not buy if you need to use inside the cage
This does cut down on the seed scatter. I needed to put it in the cage and it is extremely hard to hook on. The little hooks keep falling off. The first time I cleaned it I lost one of the hooks. When I first put it in the cage my cockatiels were afraid of. They have become more comfortable with it but I don't think they like it.
