Glass Feeder/Waterer 6", holds 2.5 oz
Additional feeder and long lasting.
I put this feeder on the inside and the hook on the outside. If the bars are horizontal or vertical, I can use it, I just twist it around. That's what makes it easier , is to put the water feeder on the inside and the hook on the outside. If your bars are vertical, search around for a horizontal bar (near the bottom or doors), and place a perch there, and it can be used. Mine are horizontal and I just looked at it. I have one vertical bar on each side. I'm sure yours has a horizontal bar in your cage. It's great!

Good for horizontal bars
These are the best water tubes I've found for use on the horizontal bars of my budgies' cage. So many products that purport to work on horizontal bars just don't. These work well, are of good construction, and I like using glass where I can, rather than plastic. At least so far, they have also stood up to the skills of one of my budgies, who somehow manages to figure out how to tilt water tubes to drain all of the water onto the floor of the cage. That is, of course, great fun for the birds but becomes tiresome for mom. Anyway, I like these so much I'm here buying more.

Ordered three of these. The mounting brackets are flimsy and I could not get them to stay on tight. Every time I remove the tube to refill, the bracket falls into the cage. Which defeats the whole purpose of the product - wanting to NOT have your hands inside the cage !
I don't know what size of cage these feeders are designed for, but I do not recommend them for either a small finch cage OR a cockatiel cage. These did not work for me!
