Excellent product
I bought this in hopes to prevent my Cockatoo from scattering his pellets and it worked!!! Now no more expensive feed waste and it also helps to keep his pellets clean. I am thrilled and thinking about buying one for his water supply as well!! Thanks for offering so many great and useful products!!

Too big for finches
This product is great, although I ordered one that is to large for my finches, and have to exchange it for the smaller model.

Hooded Dish
I bought this dish because I was tired of food being flung all over the floor and hoped it would help. Well, it worked like a charm! I have an African Grey so he was a bit skeptical at first of the new arrival to his cage. However, after just a few minutes, he ducked his head in the dish for food and voila! No more messy floor! I love the dish, however it is just a bit too big to fit in the food holder already in the cage, so had to hook it on the cage wall (with the included clip). The only problem is, in order to clean it, I need my husband's help to remove it, so it doesn't fall, which is very inconvenient, and I do like to clean my bird's food dishes daily. Will also be ordering a smaller one to see if it will fit in the food holder area.

Sturdy and pretty, but a little heavy for my Senegal parrot
The ceramic bowls are very nice indeed, though I was expeciting green as in the catalog and got a white and a blue one-kept them. I don't know what else one want in a ceramic crock, except that I had to add a washer to make the metal holder fit my bird's narrow cage bars-the way that it is made did not quite work. Also, next time I think that I would go with lighter aluminum one (same size), as my Senegal does not need such a heavy crock.
