This safe and easy-to-use Flour Moth Trap attracts and captures the adult flour moths that often plague birdseed. Simply snip box in half, fold, and you have two traps that each use powerful pheromones to attract moths and eliminate them when they are caught on its sticky capture pad. The Flour Moth Trap attracts and captures adult flour moths (Indian Meal Moth, Mediterranean Flour Moth, Almond Moth, and Raisin Moth). These insects occur almost everywhere and are attracted by food. The moths lay eggs on or near food. The adult emerges and flies about seeking a mate. The Flour Moth Trap uses the same biochemical that female moths use to attract male moths for mating. Male moths are drawn by the scent and caught on the pad. 3.5" x 2.5".
