Oven & Toaster Oven Filling Instructions

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350°. |

Gather several clean food items or clean and edible wood and paper items to fill. |

Place 1/4 bar of the Nutri-Forage filler on a cool cookie sheet. |

Bake for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes and remove from the oven. Food should be soft and warm, but not too hot. |

Using a small spoon, fill your empty food item or empty enrichment item. |
| * |
Let food cool to room temperature before touching with your fingers. |
| * |
Once the food has cooled, your new treat is ready to give to your bird. If you make extra treats, store them in a resealable bag for freshness. |
Because even heating allows for the best filling of foraging foods and toys, microwaving is not recommended.
