Re-UPVC PLAY STAND

Hi, We live in the uk and while we can purchase the upvc pipe, 45 and 90 degree angles, we cannot buy the four way corners to make a two tier square or the 25/30 degree angles.
Could you give me a price for twenty of each please include p&p to the uk.

Is there any base stand offered by the manufacturer?

I would buy this in a heartbeat for my African Grey if there was a base stand available to set this on - not too good at construction or I'd just build one myself but I can imagine the mess of bird droppings under this stand and would quickly get tired of putting newspaper under it. especially if it really is so light weight I'm afraid it would scoot off the paper or tip over without something to mount it to.
