Easy to put together
I bought this cage to match one I had purchased at a pet store (which cost more than $50 more!) It was easy to put together. I'm a senior woman and it took me less than an hour and it was so easy. It's solid, big and my IRN loves it!

Exactly what we were looking for!
Easy to clean, very nice looking, large enough for our 2 birds. We ordered the grey/silver.

Roomy Sturdy Decorative Cage. Love it!
I just received this cage and put it together single handedly last night using KNairn's instructions on this site (thank you! they saved me a lot of time and frustration!). I haven't been a keeper of birds previously, but a lost budgie in distress stopped by my house asking for help - and so he got it :) I wanted a cage large enough to allow a number of toys and perches and still leave plenty of room for him to move freely about. I bought the 'white' one which is really pewter light grey and love how it fits seamlessly into my small house. It is a very attractive cage, practical and also very sturdy. Not a cheap thing at all. The only plastic in this cage is the white tray, and it is a quality plastic. Another reviewer noted that this is a plus because it won't rust like metal trays will. The parts are screwed together and so the cage could be easily dismantled should it need to be moved between houses. The wheels work well on carpet and the cage can be moved easily around the room. The only tool needed was a hand screwdriver and maybe pliers to hold the nuts from moving when doing the final tightening. The shelf underneath provides ample space for storage of all the bird's needs #even tall containers# which I really appreciate with my small house with zero extra storage space. My little rescue budgie is chirping away in his new home. He needs some friends to socialize with and I expect that they be arriving shortly :). I am looking forward to enjoying a little flock of perhaps 4 budgies. This cage will do very nicely and won't be cramped at all for that # of birds. I expect it will last for the lifetime of my new birds. I highly recommend this cage. I bet that you'll love it too!
