Long-lasting treat activity with delicious rewards
Mineral-enriched snack delivers long-lasting activity and reward. They'll forage peanuts from Nutty Log, or millet sprigs from Millet Log. Made from a base of maple wood (Millet Log has cactus wood), plus mineral clay from the banks of the Manu River. The result…busy, happy birds.
The banks of the Manu River in Peru, South America, are rich with natural mineral deposits. Tropical birds in this region are often spotted consuming these deposits. Now you can bring your pet bird the same natural goodness, in your home, with Polly's mineral logs.
Each contains the same minerals found in this natural deposit - minerals that birds need to stay healthy. As your bird works her way through the food treats and minerals, she eventually chews through to the wood core, for a long-lasting, rewarding treat toy.

My two budgies love millet mineral logs. I read in a Foster and Smith catalog that you should hide treats from your bird to make it fun for them. I love this product because my budgies have to work to get the millet. That way my birds get excercise, vitamins from spray milllet, and calcium and minerals surrounding the millet.
