Good value
We ordered this as a Christmas gift for our daughter. We hadn't planned to spend this much, but my wife thought it was beautiful so we decided it would be worth it.
It seems to have been banged around a bit in shipping (it shipped in the same box it apparently left China in), but just required a little bit of bending back into shape and we plan to do a bit of touching up on the paint.
It took a little bit of figuring out on the assembly, as there is simply a one page diagram for instructions without any words (thus saving in translation, I suppose). One of the nuts was not very cooperative in screwing onto any of the bolts, but I finally managed to get it on one of them. In all, assembly probably took half an hour.
The cage is very big and roomy, particularly for the one parakeet we have in it. Despite my complaints, it is a great value for the money paid, especially compared to what's available locally. The parakeet seems to like it, although it's almost too big for it since it's wings were clipped.

Good Cage for the Price
I was looking for something a bit bigger and easier to move and clean. I have 2 Cockatiels and they need room and are very messy. I think some improvements could be made on this cage and it would be perfect. The side doors are very hard to push in, and had to have hubby bend the metal. Was kind of hard to assemble, screws were messed up and had to use my own. Other than that this cage is awesome. It has wheels for easy moving and love the fact my birds can not reach the bottom and tear up paper lining.

An attractive pain
We purchased this cage about six years ago for our cockatiel, who was quite tickled by it. It's very large and we found it attractive. However, there were a few things about it that made us finally decide to retire iit in favor of a smaller, but more serviceable bird home.
From the beginning the grate never fit well and we had to attach it to the bars with plastic coated twist-ties. This made removing the grate for cleaning a pain. Further, the black tray was open in front, allowing our pet golden to help herself to a bird dropping or food or newspaper sheet any time she pleased.
The cups that came with the cage are nice, but forget about buying replacements. They are not standard size and if you want some spares then you're stuck with the metal hook-on type.
The cage, though sturdy, did not seem sturdy enough. We didn't fear it would come crashing down but it lacked that solidity we like. It was not all that smooth to move around.
So now it's sitting in the hall, empty. We might use it as a plant stand or donate it, if we can find a place to take it.
