Staff was very helpful
I found most of the parts for my Penguin filer here at a reasonable price and delivered quickly, but what I most appreciated was the assistance of staff who gave me the name and number for the manufacturer. I was able to get a small part that I had lost. No fuss no bother, just great help.

Not the correct bearings
The bearings here are not the bearings for the Penguin 350. These are small blue caps that fit over the pegs of the bio wheel instead of the purple bearings that slot into sides of the filter and the biowheel rests in. If these parts actually worked for the 350, they would great, but I cannot get them to stay on the wheel and hold in place on the filter. The Marineland part number for the 350 bearing is PR10075.
