The product has good nutritional value
The reason I switched to Sea Veggies is because of it's excellent nutritional value for herbivor eaters. I have tangs, wrasses, gobies etc...and they all seem to like it. It is not a colorful item that you can easily see floating int he water. It is like cut-up pieces of sea weed and is one of the best products to use created by one of the premire knowledgeable reef researchers possible (Julian Sprung). Research this item and it's benefits. Keep it cold per instructioons.

My fish love it
I have a brackish tank with Mollys and a Green Spotted Puffer. 4-5 days a week I fix a strip of the seaweed between my magnet cleaner near the top of the tank. The mollys love it. My puffer takes some chunks as well. Note that it comes in a bag of large folded seaweed pieces, not a container like the picture.

Nutritious addition to a comprehensive meal plan
I've used the mixed sea veggies for many years by mixing it into my flake food feeding regimen to ensure that my tangs and angels get a nice mix of formula 1, prime reef and sea veggies as a balanced diet in my large reef tank. All my fish eat this including the carnivores, and I have noticed that my yellow and powder blue tang tend to pick it out of of the other flakes when feeding. They like it and its good for them!
