Fish love the weed. Clip a 4x4 inch piece daily and they gobble it up.

In the ocean, tangs only eat algae and lots of it. A trick I learned from a very knowledgable LFS owner is to cut this into about 2X4 pieces and soak it in a small amount of water with some garic powder mixed in. I throw in pieces a few times a days and my Powder Blue goes nuts for it. No clips or rubber bands, just throw it in,

I have used the red and green. My tang and emerald crab were kind of picky when it came to the green nori but they devoured the red. Some of my fish rip into it and others will wait for pieces to float before they gobble it up. I put green and red on and they ate the red and wouldn't touch the green. Go figure. Fish are weird. I feed it rubberband it to an acrylic cube.

by ReefkeeperBill Use this to prevent ich on Tangs
All Tangs get ich. I regularly fed this product with garlic to boost the immune system on my Tang and prevent ich. Last year my store was out of this seaweed so I bought another good brand, but it didn't have garlic. Within a few days the Tang had a few spots of ich! Immed switched back to the Ocean Nutrition with garlic, ich went away and has not returned.
fyi- My tang def likes the green better than the red seaweed.
Every morn I feed her a 2"x3" piece folded with multiple scissor slit cuts so she can munch. Fat tangs are healthy tangs.
