Eshopps Glow-in-the-Dark Floating Lionfish I have really enjoyed having this in my tank!! its nice to see peoples reactions to it. January 4, 2013

So realistic it fools people I have many double takes by first impression folks. The lion fish is tethered fairly low in my tank next to a bubble source surrounded by foliage. This creates a light water movement around the decoration that give the effect of the fins lightly undulating. The fish changes postition, peering out in different directions. The only negative thing about the decoration is that the lion fins are delicate. Mine came packed in such a way that two of the fins point downward. I tried to ease those fins into place and one fell off. So it is what it is. One pectoral fin points downward. March 20, 2013

Am I missing something? Eshopps Lionfish looks natural and many have commented on how real it looks. I have to tell them it is a "fake" fish, but even then they think it is real. Now for the "Glow-in-the-Dark" part, where did I go wrong. I was expecting a faint "glow", but so far there is NO GLOW! ! The "real" fish like to play around with the Lionfish so that is a plus. I would recommend attaching the "Lionfish" to a plant so as to hide the fish line that is attached to the floating fish. November 27, 2012

I want to set up a new 50 gallon freah water fish tank,what are the best eguipment from A to Z,that I should use ?

I have a brand new wood ,long, 50 gallon fish tank,with stand that I I want to set up.I love big fish,that last a long time,fresh water,I would like to incorporate the new jelly fish and the new floating lion fish in with my tank.I need in detail all the equipment that I would need from air filters to pumps,filterations,lighting,(A to Z),but please keep in mind of being economical of all the cost.This tank will be in my living room/den not near a window,I need in details of everything that I would need to set up a 50 gallon tank,I don't like it too crowded,only the beauty of the fish and plants.I have had this tank,but didn't know what would be the best equipment to start with,I do want the best cleaning filtration system,if not too costly.I could use all the help from someone who knows about the latest and best methods of setting this tank up.This is not my first tank,but it has been a while since I had one,I come from Flordia,know the beauty of all the fish.Thank-you
