Fish Pen (Penicillin)
Add one tablet (250 mg) into aquarium for each 10 gallons of water to be treated. Repeat in 24 hours. It is suggested that a partial water change be made between treatments. While durations of treatment depends on type and severity of the infection, it is recommended that extended baths in the medication continue for a minimum of five days and for not more than ten days. Discontinue treatment with this medication if no improvement is noted within five days.

Fish Flox (Ciprofloxacin)
Pre-dissolve one tablet (250 mg) per gallon of water in a small amount of water prior to adding to a hospital tank. Immerse for one hour. Repeat every day for 5-7 days with water changes after each treatment.
Fish Sulfa Forte (Sulfamethoxazole/Trimethoprim - SMZ-TMP)
Add one tablet (960 mg) into aquarium for each 40 gallons of water to be treated. Repeat in 24 hours. It is suggested that a partial water change be made between treatments. While durations of treatment depends on type and severity of the infection, it is recommended that extended baths in the medication continue for a minimum of five days and for not more than ten days. Discontinue treatment with this medication if no improvement is noted within five days. To remove harmless yellow color, change 20% of water and use charcoal filter until clear.
Fish Bendazole (Fenbendazole Powder)
Mix one packet with approximately four (4) ounces of food and let soak for 30 minutes. Can be used in a hospital tank for single fish or in main tank populated by fish only. Best used in combination with a fish antibacterial polymer to increase palatability and reduce loss of medication to water. Treat for a 3 day duration with water changes and filtration between treatment.

Add one packet (250 mg) into aquarium for each 15 gallons of water to be treated. Repeat in 24 hours. A partial water change is suggested between treatments.
