Hydor PME Photo-Electric Cell Night Mode Photo Sensor
Outstanding control of flow
I have a BC29 and set this wavemaker and nano poweheads to oppose each other. Needless to say it is more than enough for my small tank. I love the set programs, but if I want to get creative I can. It is also easy to stop the pumps and restart. I went ahead and got the light sensor which also seems to work well. This system is expensive but well worth it in my opinion.

I have been using the 4 pump controllable wavemaker for 3 years now. This is a great system. Anyone serious in the hobby knows you need good waterflow, this system is awesome. My pumps are in the 4 corners of the tank and the controller has preset flow programs. My reef likes the #1 program ramping up on slow. For PM I soak the pumps in vinegar and toothbrush once or twice a year to keep them running well. Take note of the small washer orientation when you disassemble or they will get noisy. This product does exactly what it says it will do.
I hooked my wave maker up and I am thrilled with the way it works. The condition of my corals have improved greatly. This is a great product and I would recommend it to anyone hunting a wave maker.

Wavemaker 2 - Magnum 7 Not Compatible
I thought I was buying a "Wavemaker System", based upon the product information provided. I have a 125 gal tank, based on the flow rate charts, I require 2 - Magnum 7 power heads, "I'll take two". The magnum 7's have standard three prong plugs and the Wavemaker 2 does not, it has special plugs. I've gone back to the product information page and cannot find a single note or warning that these items are incompatible, nor can I find an adapter.
