API Tap Water Conditioners

After you've deionized tap water using the API Tap Water Filter, use these two conditioners to create ideal freshwater aquarium conditions! Electro-Right reintroduces the right balance of electrolytes and trace elements including potassium, magnesium, chloride, sodium, calcium, sulfate, iron, vanadium, titanium, strontium and manganese. These elements are necessary for proper gill function, regulation of blood pH, oxygen uptake and other metabolic processes. pH Adjuster establishes pH and adds buffers for perfect aquarium conditions. Add Electro-Right first to replenish necessary electrolytes and trace elements, then add pH Adjuster to raise pH to a desired level. 4 oz treats up to 120 gallons.

Planted & Soft Water Aquariums: For soft water with pH of 5.8, a conductivity of 90, and a General Hardness (GH) of 30 ppm, use 2 teaspoons (10 ml) of Elecro-Right for each 10 U.S. gallons of deionized or R/O water. Use for Discus, Angelfish, Tetras and all soft water tropical fish and plants. To increase pH by 0.2 units, add 1 ml (15 drops) of pH Adjuster for every 10 U.S. gallons of water.
