Eclipse Filter Cartridges

Ready-to-use cartridges for simple and convenient filter maintenance. Marineland Eclipse System Filter Cartridges feature a double-thick polyfiber pad on one side that efficiently traps dirt and debris. The other side features a patented ribbed backing for even distribution of aquarium water through the cartridge. Super-effective Black Diamond Carbon inside the filter cartridge quickly removes discoloration and dissolved organic pollutants. The result is superior mechanical and chemical filtration to maintain ideal aquarium water quality

Replacement filter cartridges fit Eclipse Hoods as well as Eclipse System Aquariums: Explorer, System 3, System 6, System 12, Hex 5, and Corner 5.

Installing your Marineland Eclipse System Filter Cartridges

• Thoroughly rinse cartridge(s) under cold water to remove any dust.
• Shake cartridge(s) horizontally (blue side up), to evenly distribute carbon over ribbed back.
• Be sure each cartridge is securely in place.

NOTE: For optimum power filter performance replace filter cartridge every 2-4 weeks.
