Activated Carbon
Remove protective plastic bag and rinse carbon insert thoroughly before use. Place insert into chemical media basket. To maintain water quality, it is important to replace insert every 2-4 weeks. To ensure constant presence of beneficial bacteria, do not replace all filtration media at the same time.
