Excellent and Readable
Accurate and very readable (for the visually challenged). Great product for a quick temp read......NO MORE SQUINTING for a red mark in a tube. Highly recommended!!

Lifegard LED Thermometer
I have found that this thermometer is better than I expected. It can be seen from across the room and it also adds a nice ambience to the aquarium acting like a full moon at night since I have it about 2 inches below the water line. It seems to be very accurate as well.

Not Accurate and Short Life
This thermometer was about 2-3 degrees off when first installed. It stayed that way for about 3 months and now it says my reef is 91.5 degrees when the actual water temp is 79. Also did not like the fact that it was an "Inside the tank" thermometer and algae seems to grow between the LED dispaly and the glass tank. A probe would have been better.
On the plus side it is very bright and can be easily read.
