The NEW Radion XR30w Pro LED Light Fixture expands on the popular Radion XR30w with 42 energy-efficient LEDs featuring six channels and eight LED clusters delivering full spectrum output from ultraviolet (405nm) to hyper-red (660nm). The result is higher PAR (photosynthetically active radiation) ratings and wider light spread with broad spectral coverage even in deep reef aquariums. Modular design accommodates future upgrades, backward compatibility within the entire Radion line as well as seamless integration with the existing EcoSmart Live web-based controller platform!

Radion XR30w Pro LED Light Fixture brings professional LED technology, power, light spectrum and spread to the home reef aquarium. High-efficiency, high-intensity LEDs from Cree, Osram and SemiLEDs offer a more complete light profile with the addition of Yellow, Indigo and Ultraviolet LEDs for aquarium lighting optimized for PAR output and aquarium aesthetics. Each color group can be individually adjusted for maximum intensity and color appeal. Total Internal Reflection (TIR) lenses direct more of each LED cluster's output directly into your tank to boost peak PAR levels by up to 45% and total (average) PAR levels by up to 23% - without sacrificing spread or consuming additional power. Simple 3-button control lets you easily cycle through color selection and increase or decrease relative intensity.

Hanging Solutions
The EcoTech Marine Premium Hanging Kit securely suspends the Radion XR30w Pro LED Light Fixture for a sleek, ultramodern presentation. Radion Rail Kits offer custom mounting solutions for multiple Radion LED fixtures. Compatible with the Premium Hanging Kit, the modular Rail Kits come in two lengths (16" Short and 18" Long). Use Rail Kits to hang two Radion LED fixtures and add the +Plus One Rail Kits to the configuration for wider spacing or to create a triple Radion LED lighting system! Each sold separately.

Battery Backup
The Radion is fully compatible with the EcoTech Battery Backup. In the event of a power outage, the lack of light energy over the aquarium results in corals switching from photosynthesis (producing oxygen) to respiration (consuming oxygen). When used with a Battery Backup accessory, the Radion emits low levels of light intended to prevent corals from respiring, and therefore, your Radion will help to maintain an oxygen-rich environment for your fish during this critical time-period.

Wireless Enabled
Radion comes equipped with EcoTech's custom-designed RF module. The Radion will communicate wirelessly with other "w" enabled EcoTech devices, allowing the Radion to communicate with other Radion lights and integrate with VorTech pumps. Radion lights will communicate with any EcoSmart "w" enabled VorTech pumps in addition to any future equipment designed to work on the EcoSmart platform. Coordinated night mode, storms and other light- and water-synchronized features are what you can expect from the wireless functionality that comes standard with the Radion.

Radion EcoSmart Live Software
Unlock the full potential of the Radion XR30w with the EcoSmart Configuration Utility. Connect to a Windows PC and create customized lighting periods with fully adjustable spectrum and intensity. Opt in grouping and weather features are also enabled.

BASIC & DEMO MODES do not require USB Connection

BASIC MODE

ARTIFICIAL MODE

• Eight popular preset color selections to choose from as well as any custom color.
• Custom daytime periods, sunrise, sunset and night period.
• Color selection and intensity for each period can be overridden using the capacitive touch commands on the fixture.

NATURAL MODE

• Fully automated 24-hour light cycle modeled on actual reef light conditions.

Control Buttons
Three control buttons and an indicator LED make the Radion simple to use. Raise, Cycle and Lower are all capacitive touch buttons that, when pressed with a light touch, will control the Radion.

Two LED Clusters
Your Radion XR30w Gen 2 LED Light comes with two LED clusters that total 32 LED lights. Each LED cluster is mounted behind a custom-designed reflector and clear protective lens.

Mounting Eyelet
The included mounting eyelets allow for easy and versatile mounting of the Radion to best suit your needs. EcoTech provides a premium hanging kit sold separately.

USB Cable
Out of the box, your Radion will operate in BASIC mode only. When connected to a computer via USB and interfaced with the EcoSmartTM Configuration Utility, you will have more advanced modes, such as ARTIFICIAL and NATURAL.

Power Supply
The sleek design of the Radion power supply complements the aesthetic appearance of your Radion. The Radion power supply is also compatible with the EcoTech Marine Battery Backup to ensure your tank is never without light.

Note: If you are using a Rail Kit in conjunction with the Premium Hanging Kit, familiarize yourself with the Hanging Kit instructions before beginning.
