i got 120 & 160 watt ones 16k
i love them best lights for ur buck i used 2 160 watt on 125 gal 72 inches long used hanging kit keep it about 8 inches off water and at 80% power and my coral love it growing way faster then they did with my t5 and mh lights i had on tank did have 966 watts of light on tank before and now i only have 320 wats on tank with no heat probs and better color took a few weeks for coral to get used to it though any time i put over 85% power i get color loss on my mushrooms on bottom and in caves i got a mixed reef tank with softs lps and some sps and all of them are getting brighter colors and new colors they never had all of my brains look way better i got 7 dif brain corals and they are all on bottom though out the tank had to put more space inbetween them so middle of tank not as bright so some of my softies wouldnt get to much light but if u put both in the middle of each section on a 72 inch tank u get great coverage and the fans never come on it doesnt get hot or warm at all but we keep house at 72 all year round

Great light!
Excellent controls and programs, lights running at 70%... fantastic over my 72gal bowfront. For full coverage I would recommend 2x20" version of this fixture. The tank has mixed corals: SPS, LPS, mushrooms, a bubble tip anemone, softies, including 2 crocea clams as well, plus fishies. All doing just great, can play a lot with the colors of the light. Fading the lights in out is fantastic, the changes between time frames are basically unnoticeable. And one more thing: no heat and no fan noise after the metal halide fixture: what a quiet room I have again! The price/feature ratio is great, I'm not sure if you can find a slicker, and "much" better performing light at this price. It comes with a tank mount and hanging kit, can't go wrong with this setup. Oh yeah, your programs will not be lost at a power outage, apparently there is memory device inside, so you won't have to redo the whole nine yard.

Easy To Use but...
I did alot of reading on LED lights and settled on the Maxspect line. Over the last 15 years I've had Halogen, VHO, Compact Florescent, T-5's and now LED's. The primary aesthetic difference I've noticed is simple... florescent has no ripple effect on the sand/rock, halogen has a nice ripple and the LED ripple effect looks like a dance floor up close because of the numerous points of light (all LED's have this problem) and since it takes different LED's to produce the full spectrum you end up with a different color ripple for every type of LED bulb present.
Pro's: Very easy to use/customize, bright, adjustable color temperature from very white to very blue, nice auto settings, cool to the touch in a hood, has a built in fan to help with tanks that use a hood. Great coral color! Solid feeling on the construction and light weight.
Con's: Needs minor customization to support legs to fit under a hood on a 125gal. Excessive ripples on the sand and coral because like all LED units there are numerous points of light.

Excellent Purchase
My aquarium looks fantastic under this lighting profile. I use the preprogram #2. Corals are brighter and becoming more colorful. Under my originalT5 some had lost their greens. They are coming back in full force. As the lights wind down for the evening you can see the fish calm down and "get ready for bed". The regular schedule is also good for the fish.
