I like it!
I've had the R100 for my 65g for about a year now. It's held up quite well and has enough room for my reactor, skimmer and some live rock.
I too found it to be pretty noisy, UNTIL I extended the inlet line almost to the bottom of the filter sock. This cut the noise down dramatically. Some sort of enclosure around the inlet would be a nice improvement though Eshopps. The sock really doesn't do much for sound reduction compared to just getting the line under water. I have good flow throughout the sump and no bubbles entering the tank. I have 2 Fluval E Series heaters (which are also very reliable and easy to set/ check) that are sensitive to poor flow, but they haven't signaled any 'Low Flow' alerts yet.
I don't have any noticeable bowing as mentioned in another review.
When I upgrade I will definitely get another one of these.

Roomy but lightly made
This product gets the job done. Plenty of room for all filtration components. Noise due to intake hose too far from water line/sock. However the intake hose bracket can be hung anywhere in the fist compartment. 1/16 inch material is to thin for my liking but it holds water. The sides bow out about a 1/4 inch when filled. Sad this unit didn't come with a lid.
