Super-convenient aragonite frag mounts let you quickly, easily propagate the treasured corals in your reef aquarium. A lightly textured surface strengthens adhesion and easily keeps coral in place. Coral Frag Mounts in a variety of shapes - tiles, disks, and plugs - are perfect for the propagation/fragging of hard and soft corals such as Acropora, Birdsnest, Montipora, Kenya Trees, Xenia, zoanthids, and others.

Coral Frag Mounts are made from fused 100% pure CaribSea reef sand, a natural calcium-based sand that has been shown to speed the growth and spread of coralline algae and coral. All frag mounts are bright white in color.

Coral Frag Tiles are designed to sit directly next to each other on your aquarium floor with no gaps between the tiles. This flat, continuous surface allows corals to grow and spread across frag tiles for easy propagation. When a frag is ready, simply remove its tile and replace it with a new frag tile. Frag Tiles are also an effortless solution for catching loose frags. 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" x 3/8" thick.

Coral Frag Disks may be placed anywhere in your reef aquarium. You'll enjoy easy fragging with virtually no change in your aquarium's appearance. 1-1/4" diameter x 1/4" thick.

Coral Frag Plugs fit perfectly into standard egg crate coral propagation racks or into small cracks or crevices in your live rock. These convenient, place-anywhere pedestals give your corals a strong foundation on which to grow. 7/8" diameter crown with 3/8" dia base.

Instructions: Rinse well prior to use. Blot dry top of frag mount, apply a small amount of adhesive to coral base and hold together for 15 seconds. Place coral frag back in aquarium. For best results, we recommend introducing no more than 1 frag mount per gallon per week into an established aquarium.
