Fish Acclimation Kit 1-pk
Great little device for acclimating your fish/corals. Easy to use and you can adjust the speed of the drip as desired. A lot easier than using just tubing. Hangs in tank without having to clip or hold down and drops down into fish container to slowly and safely acclimate your new fish/corals. Simple but an efficient product.

Great acclimation device
I use this device when I introduce new fish or even when you simply change your fishes habitats from one aquarium to another helps your fish safely get introduced to your water perimeters as we all know are not always equal. I often have purchased fish and add new fish to my aquarium as we all do. What better way to introduce your fish to your aquarium then by setting them up in a bucket or similiar device and simply let you drip the water which can be controlled by the amount of water you want to be dripped into your bucket or pail. With the device that is installed on this product, you simply empty your fish in the bucket or similiar device to keep your aquarium safe from just the adding of a new fish from the local pet shop. Slowly acclimate your fish never rush this as he or she is getting introduced (the Fish) of course not your girl friend or boy friend. LOL. Then after I would say minimum half an hour till maybe around an hour or so your new fish will soon be used to his new temperature and maybe even more imporatantly it's new water perimeters PH, alkalinity and other things such as nitrates, nitrites that may be in your aquarium already. Then and only then is going to determine how well the new addition should be placed into your tank. Watch the new addition at feeding and watch other fishes reaction or even his or her reaction to other fish if it is a community tank to see if they are going to be picked on or even bullied by other fish. Then you can determine if the fish show signs of weakness or even better yet determine if you should simply place this fish in a hospital tank if it may be needed since some not all fish may be carrying a parasite or infection and you may not want to transfer this to your fish. By the way it is better to do this to all new additions the hospital tank thing but not all have an extra fish tank available for this process. So anyhow back on the subject at hand. We can safely add this new fish or fishes to your set-up. Without the extra stress added to this fish. Sorry for the such detailed information but somtimes more information is best than none at all. When product is to be reviewed
