Pest Trap

Universal trap simplifies the removal of various unwanted aquarium inhabitants. Automatic trap with dual entrances features a funnel entrance for bristle worms and a larger entrance with one-way curtain for crabs, snails, mantis shrimp, and more. • Many reef aquarium pests such as bristle worms are nocturnal or more active at night. Set your trap at night for greater success.
• Freeze-dried krill makes excellent bait/lure. Tablets and pellets tend to quickly break down or dissolve before the target animal is captured.
• Place the trap near rockwork or areas where the target animal has been frequently seen.
• Temporarily stop feeding the aquarium inhabitant when setting the trap. The lure will be even more enticing for the target animal.
• To prevent undesirable organisms from entering your aquarium in the first place, always quarantine and observe all new arrivals. Be sure to properly cure new live rock.
