Garmin Delta Remote Trainer
So far, so good
I purchased this to try to stop my 3 year old Goldendoodle from barking at every dog that she sees. Because of the cost of these products, I wanted something that could be used for multiple training reasons, not just to prevent the barking, so I didn't purchase the product that is dedicated to prevent barking only. We have only had the remote trainer for a little over a week, but it seems to work perfectly. It takes & holds the charge well. Our dog is in & out of the water all day & it still functions properly. It's easy to use and we like that it has several different ways to train: sound, vibration & stimulation. There are also several different levels of stimulation if needed. The remote has an easy to read display. As I said, it's only been about a week, so check back in case I need to update this review.

I couldn't be more pleased with the Garmin Remote Trainer. I have had other, cheaper brands in the past, and this one is absolutely worth the extra money. My old trainers didn't go nearly as far, ran out with one use, and I could never tell how much was left in the battery. The Garmin has a clear, easy to read battery indicator. It really does work half a mile away and keeps its charge for days.
I walked three miles with my dog today and all he needed was the beep to remind him not to run away! Even after three days of use it is still fully charged. This one is far superior to any I have used in the past. I am thinking about getting another collar for my other dog. You can have three dogs on it with one hand held device.

I bought this collar with mixed emotions. The features are all fantastic and the range is great! I would deffinatly buy again.

Has good features
For me it is difficult to get the collar aligned correctly with the dogs neck. If the two contact points were just a little longer maybe it would go easier. Once it is on and proper contact is made the produce works great. Just the beep and vibrate mode is all I need to use.
